Website terms of use
The conditions for using ecloudolt.com, the commercial website of eCloud OLT Controller. They are not the service contract.
These terms govern the use of the website ecloudolt.com ("the site"), published by eCloud. By using it, you accept them. Use of the management panel that ISPs subscribe to is governed by the Terms of service.
What the site is for
The site presents eCloud OLT Controller, explains its features and pricing, and lets you request a demo or contact us. Its content is informational and does not constitute a contractual offer: the conditions of each subscription are agreed separately.
Demonstration figures and simulations
Several parts of the site show demonstration numbers, networks, equipment, and customers: the 3D network on the home page and its counters, the six-act tour, the Platform visualizations, the plan suggester, and the optical budget calculator, among others. They serve to explain how the product works; they are not real data from any ISP and do not guarantee results on your network.
Pricing and features
We do our best to keep pricing and feature descriptions up to date. They may change on the site without prior notice; what is agreed at the time of subscribing is what applies. What the product does not yet do is indicated on each page, and compatibility for each OLT brand is described under Vendors.
Intellectual property
The text, designs, graphics, code, the name eCloud OLT Controller, and its logos belong to eCloud or are used with permission. You may quote the content by linking to the source page; you may not copy, modify, or redistribute it for other purposes without written authorization.
The names ZTE, Huawei, V-SOL, C-Data, MikroTik, WispHub, Mikrowisp, and others that appear on the site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are mentioned only to describe compatibility; this does not imply that those companies sponsor or endorse eCloud.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to send spam through the forms, attempt to access non-public areas, overload it, perform large-scale automated extraction of its content, or for any unlawful purpose.
Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them.
Liability
The site is provided "as is." We strive to keep it available and error-free, but we do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, eCloud is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or from decisions made solely on the basis of its informational content.
Privacy
The handling of the data you submit through the forms is explained in the Privacy policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Venezuela, unless the law provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
